Subject: [Oasfaa] Spring Support Staff Training

It's not too late to sign up for OASFAA's 2013 Spring Support Staff Training. .  The training will be on Friday, April 5th at the Northeast Campus of Tulsa Community College.  We have two sessions planned for the day.

The morning session will be a in depth look at various income based repayment options available to student borrowers.  While income based repayment has been available for many years there have been significant changes and additions to the programs in recent years.

The afternoon session will focus on bridging the communication gap between generations.  We all communicate on a daily basis with individuals that have various ways of communicating.  Frequently, these differences are amplified when there is an age difference between the two parties.  We will work to identify and overcome some of those differences.

We will begin at 10:00 AM and finish by 3:00 PM.  Lunch is provided.  There is no charge for OASFAA members.  There is a $10.00 per person fee for non-members.
