[Oasfaa] SWASFAA Boot Camp reminder

The SWASFAA Boot Camp and conference is quickly approaching!  At no additional cost, Boot Camp attendees will have an option new this year to test to become NASFAA credentialed Financial Aid Administrators upon completion of Boot Camp and passing the NASFAA tests.
