Thank you to everyone for your concern.  Except for the news helicopters flying around and my heart beating rather quickly, things are getting back to normal.
We were just in a meeting at 9:30 morning concerning our Continuity Plan and mentioned we really need to go over the emergency plan for an active shooter.  We think about the emergency plan for fires and tornados all the time.     There are things that you don't think about until the real thing happens!    I encourage everyone to develop and go over your plan with all your staff.

For anyone wondering about our "active shooter" situation.  We are safe.  We had our building locked down quickly and remained locked down for one hour.  Our President is stating it was a false alarm.  They are telling us to stay away from the building that the shooting was reported in, but resume normal activities..   I'll update if I hear anything else.
