Hello Associate Members,

Registration for the OASFAA 2014 Spring Conference, "The Spirit of Oklahoma", is now open for Associate Members.  If you've already registered, please do so again.  This portion of the OASFAA website was recently updated and all registrations completed to this point will be deleted.  I apologize for the inconvenience.  Please register at http://oasfaaok.org/, click Conferences, and then scroll down to click Associate Conference Registration.

If you work for a school, you do not need to re-register.

Conference costs:

o   Registration for Associate members:  $150


o   Registration for Associate non-members:  $200


o   Exhibitor fee:  $200


o   Electricity:  $25


o   Wednesday only registration for Associate members and non-members:  $25


o   Thursday only registration for Associate members and non-members:  $100


o   Friday only registration for Associate members and non-members:  $25


o   Associate Members who wish to attend the conference for more than one day must pay the full registration fee of $150.

o   Associate non-members will pay $200.


o   A $25 late fee will be assessed to the cost of registration after April 9th.

After completing registration you will receive a confirmation email.  Please allow this email to serve as your invoice.  Credit card payments for your registration will now be accepted at the conference.  If you're paying by check however, please mail your payment to:

Remember, OASFAA will be held April 23-25 at the Reed Center in Midwest City. Room reservations for the Sheraton Midwest City Hotel are open and you may reserve a room by calling 1-800-325-3535 or logging on at https://www.starwoodmeeting.com/StarGroupsWeb/booking/reservation?id=1403102719&key=53C0F.  Please use the OASFAA conference code, OAD22A, or indicate you're with the Oklahoma Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators conference. The room rate will be $81 per night with a cut-off date of March 30th. The Sheraton Midwest City Hotel will offer free Wi-Fi service to all hotel rooms, but the conference center itself will not .  If you haven't been to the Reed Center, please note it's attached to the Sheraton Midwest City Hotel.

A tentative agenda is attached showing exhibit hours and teardown.  Set-up will begin Wednesday morning after 8:00 am and we will open the Exhibit Hall around 11:00 that morning.  Don't worry if you're running late ... most attendees won't arrive until around 12:00.

One more thing:  As we did last year, we're asking if you could possibly bring snacks to distribute on Thursday of the conference.  To save on the food cost, OASFAA is providing snacks on Wednesday only.  If you can please bring chips, crackers, granola bars, etc. that would be very helpful.
