Well, the time has finally come.  The 2014 SWASFAA conference is right around the corner (November 5-7).  Today is the last day to make hotel reservations at Harrah's.  You can find all of the hotel information needed at the SWASFAA Conference Mini Site http://www.swasfaa.org/docs/conferences/site/index.html.  
If you try to make hotel reservations at Harrah's and they are full, you can contact the overflow hotel, the Hilton Inn, which is located just across the street from Harrah's.  You can contact them at 504-584-3959 and the conference code is SWA.  If you have problems you can e-mail me at audra-main at ouhsc.edu. 
If you haven't registered for the conference don't forget to do so.  The deadline to register without a late fee is Friday, October 24.  You can do this at the SWASFAA Mini Site as well.   Don't forget about Boot Camp (November 3-4) and Leadership Workshop right before the conference the morning of November 5.  The final agenda will be on the website soon so you can view all the sessions and their full descriptions.
