[Oasfaa] SWASFAA Conference Registration

Good morning!

Just wanted to send you a quick reminder about this year's SWASFAA Conference.  There have been a lot of emails sent out over the last few months promoting this conference because we have our own group of fantastic Oklahomans leading the event!  This year SWASFAA's president is our own Andrew Hammontree from Francis Tuttle Technology Center.  The Conference chair is Audra Main from OU Health Sciences Center.  Audra is also OASFAA's president-elect.  Mendy Schmerer, also from OU Health Sciences Center, is heading up SWASFAA's Pre-Conference Leadership Workshop.  Go Okies!

The SWASFAA conference dates are November 5-7.  The Leadership Workshop, mentioned above, will be held the morning of November 5, right before the conference begins.  And as always, SWASFAA will host their fabulous Boot Camp for new financial aid officers, or for anyone who wants a great refresher course.  Boot Camp will be held from November 3-5.

Registration for all of these events can be found at:  http://www.swasfaa.org/docs/forms/memConf14.html  The deadline to register without a late fee is Friday, October 24.  You may also like to visit the SWASFAA Mini-Site.  It provides you with agendas for the conference and Boot Camp, along with information about the new Leadership Development Workshop. SWASFAA will be held at Harrah's Hotel.  The deadline to register, and still qualify for the conference rate, is October 16.
