Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education Scholarship Specialist I - is now open for applications in the Scholarships and Grants Department.

Essential Function:  Provide support in the administrative efforts of the Oklahoma Tuition Aid Grant, Oklahoma's Promise, the Oklahoma Tuition Equalization Grant Program, and other scholarship and grant programs as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:  Associate's degree and three (3) years work-related experience or an equivalent combination of work-related experience and post-secondary education required. Excellent verbal, telephone communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Must have exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task successfully within multiple deadlines. Must be able to work independently, anticipate needs, and work as part of a team. Word processing, spreadsheet and database software skills are required. Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries from students and campus financial aid administrators during peak times. Word processing, spreadsheet and database software skills are required. Must be dependable and have a good attendance record.
