Good morning, OASFAA:

Last Wednesday, SWASFAA was supposed to offer a webinar on unusual enrollment history and dependency issues.  Rehearsals had gone well, and everything was ready to go.  Unfortunately, the majority of registrants were not able to log on to the system when the webinar was scheduled to begin.  We researched the issue with the software provider, and we have a solution in place.  Sadly, this was one of those things that couldn't be fixed at the last minute, so we had to reschedule the webinar.  Live and learn...

The webinar has been rescheduled for next Wednesday, July 15, at 10:00 a.m.  If you signed up for the previously scheduled webinar, you will receive an email with instructions on how to join the webinar at the new time.  

Registration is limited to 100 log-ins, but we still have a few slots available.  If you would like to join the webinar, you can still register.  Your institution must be a SWASFAA member in order to participate.  To register, send an email to Denise Welch at dwelch at panola.edu with the name of your school.  After she confirms your membership, she will send you the webinar details.  If you need to cancel your registration, just let Denise know.

We intend to record the webinar and make the recording available to anyone who registered for the original webinar and cannot join us at the new time.  I apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate everyone's patience.  The training committee is determined to make this work!

We hope that each of you will be able to join the webinar next Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 10:00 am (CST).    If you had already signed up for this webinar, you will be included on the list for the webinar next Wednesday.  If you are signed up and not able to attend next Wednesday, please email Denise Welch at dwelch at panola.edu.  We hope that you can join us next Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 10:00 am (CST).  Since we have a limited number of log-ins, please email me at dwelch at panola.edu as soon as possible if you had previously signed up and cannot attend.  A recording of the webinar will be made available for any SWASFAA members who are not able to listen to the webinar at the scheduled time.
