Since Mendy is busy in Washington, DC, advocating for the federal student aid programs, I will take on the responsibility of forwarding the latest SWASFAA news to the OASFAA listserv.  Please see the "save the date" attachment and the email below about the SWASFAA Conference in November.  We have lots of exciting things planned for the conference, and you won't want to miss it.

I also want to give another plug to the Mid-Level Training on April 28-30 at the Arlington Crowne Plaza.  You can find out more information at http://www.swasfaa.org/docs/toc_training.html.  

Finally, thank you for the nice emails several of you sent me regarding the SWASFAA webinar on verification this morning.  Caryn Pacheco from OU was one of the panelists, and she did a fantastic job!  We have a lot of talent in our state, and I'm always impressed by the willingness of my Oklahoma friends to get involved in the professional associations.
