In addition to the Annual Conference, SWASFAA is offering a couple of other training opportunities in the first week of November at the Sandia Resort & Casino in Albuquerque, NM.

1.Boot Camp is scheduled for November 2-4. This training is intended for people who are new to the financial aid profession, but it's open to anyone who needs a refresher on financial aid administration.  All attendees are eligible to take NASFAA credential exams in any topic led by a credentialed trainer.  For more information, go to http://www.swasfaa.org/docs/conferences/site/bootcamp.html.

2. On the morning of November 4, prior to the Annual Conference, we will have a four-hour workshop on verification and professional judgment.  All registrants will be eligible to take free NASFAA credential exams in these two subject areas after completing the training.  If you are interested, please read about the Leadership Workshop at http://www.swasfaa.org/docs/conferences/site/leadership.html. 

We will provide electronic copies of the training materials to anyone who registers for either of these events, so you'll have the materials to study before you take the credential exam.
