[Oasfaa] New Employee

Please welcome, Jess Tucker, to the OSRHE Scholarship and Grant Administration staff.  She replaces long time employee, Candice Campbell.  Jess will be processing OTAG disbursements, tracking OTAG refunds, answering phone calls and will also be assisting with various Oklahoma's Promise processing functions.
