[Oasfaa] Program Participation Changes

Good Afternoon!
I thought I'd post this in case someone missed it with all that's been
going on. There are two things that I did this week that involved our PPA.
1. I realized a few days late,(It was due 12-31-15) that I had not
submitted section F1 from our PPA along with a letter from our president
stating that the Gainful Employment Certificates listed in that section
were correct. This is our " GE Certification submission in accordance with
the regulations at 34 CFR 668.414 and as described in Gainful Employment
Electronic Announcement #54 - Certification Requirements for Gainful
Employment Programs."
2. With the new payroll processing requirements, all state institutions
will now have their own TIN, Tax Identification Numbers. I used that
number to login to my PPA and it is also listed in #6 on the PPA. This
will need to be updated and a signature page sent in.
Laura Pankey from the Dallas Dept of Ed office was very helpful with both
of these issues. I hope you all have already done this, but thought I'd
give you a heads up if it slipped past you like it did me.
I now have electricity after being out for 10 days so all is good!!! LOL!
