Thanks Myrna for giving everyone a heads-up.  I updated my PPA with the new TAX ID # earlier this week!  Laura Pankey helped me with the process too, and yes she was very helpful.  However, when I talked to her she acted like she did not know this was happening in Oklahoma, she was happy I called so she would know to expect lots of schools from Oklahoma making this change.  That tells me that either everyone is busy and has not done it yet or they are not aware they need to update their PPA.

Glad your electricity is back on, ten days is a long time!

Good Afternoon!
I thought I'd post this in case someone missed it with all that's been going on.  There are two things that I did this week that involved our PPA.
1. I realized a few days late,(It was due 12-31-15) that I had not submitted section F1 from our PPA along with a letter from our president stating that the Gainful Employment Certificates listed in that section were correct.  This is our " GE Certification submission in accordance with the regulations at 34 CFR 668.414 and as described in Gainful Employment Electronic Announcement #54 - Certification Requirements for Gainful Employment Programs."
2.  With the new payroll processing requirements, all state institutions will now have their own TIN, Tax Identification Numbers.  I used that number to login to my PPA and it is also listed in #6 on the PPA.  This will need to be updated and a signature page sent in.
Laura Pankey from the Dallas Dept of Ed office was very helpful with both of these issues.  I hope you all have already done this, but thought I'd give you a heads up if it slipped past you like it did me.
I now have electricity after being out for 10 days so all is good!!!  LOL!  Have a good evening!!
