You might say that I'm a tad bit excited about the SWASFAA Boot Camp and Conference. OKC hasn't had the pleasure of hosting a SWASFAA Conference in a LONG time, and the rotation finally brought it back here.  It is in downtown OKC, about 5 minutes from my campus, at the beautiful Skirvin Hotel.  Given that it's in my backyard AND I'm Boot Camp Chair, I am thrilled.

I know I'd love to see a strong Oklahoma contingent this year!!

Greetings everyone,
November may seem like a long way off, but it'll be here before you know it. The Conference and Local Arrangements Committees are hard putting together a stellar conference in the beautiful Oklahoma City (which was voted one of the top 14 cities to visit in the United States in 2016 http://www.usatoday.com/story/travel/destinations/2015/12/31/hot-destinations-for-2016/78090894/).

Registration is now open and the conference website is now live http://swasfaa.org/docs/conferences/site/index.html. Check out the options we have available: Boot Camp for newbies, Mid-Level training with NASFAA credential opportunities and of course our conference.
