This Friday, October 28, is the last day to register, without a $50 late fee, for the upcoming conference.   The Sheraton Downtown is offering the conference rate of $139 rate until November 1.  Be sure to check out the conference mini-site for information about registration.

The Local Arrangements Committee previously sent a request for items for a raffle which funds the Logan Ware Scholarship.  This scholarship assists SWASFAA members  meet expenses for future  SWASFAA training events. Please consider bringing a small item for this very important fund raiser.

Thursday evening's event with 'Super Freak'  will be awesome.  Have you assembled your 'vintage' outfit?    

Remember that Tuesday, November 8th, is Election Day.  If you will be traveling that day, early voting is an option. Attached is information about the dates of early voting for each SWASFAA state.  

In the next two weeks, keep an eye out for further communications about the conference.  Hope to see you in Oklahoma City!
