[Oasfaa] OKPromise bill passes House Committee

SB 529 passed the House Appropriations & Budget Committee yesterday by a vote of 21 yes, 1 no.  The bill is expected to be heard on the House floor within the next two weeks.  Yesterday's action is a good lead-in to our OKPromise Day at the State Capitol today.
