[Oasfaa] Book charges

For those of you that offer book charges at your campus bookstore against aid what do you allow to be charged?  Books and supplies only?  Other non-required items?  Do you have a maximum charge amount or do you allow the remaining pell amount after tuition and fees are subtracted?

Any other words of wisdom?
