[Oasfaa] Comment Codes 381 - 384

Does anyone verify DOB and/or name of parents when comment codes 381, 382, 383, or 384 are listed on the ISIR?

The ISIR guide states that resolution is not required for any of the four comment codes, however, one of our counselors does request the documentation.
