We also must use our personal credit card to reserve rooms.  I’m not sure if it’s university or state policy, though.

State Colleges and Universities:

Just wondering how many of you have to put your personal credit card information in to reserve your room for conferences?  The designated hotels require a one night deposit which is charged at the time of reservation and this is an issue for some employees as they will not be reimbursed until a week or so after we return.

I'm not sure if this is our school policy or if it is a state policy.
