[Oasfaa] Private Loan SAP Requirements

I reach out to the lenders to find out if they require that students meet SAP.  Discover Student Loans has told me that per their requirements student must meet university SAP standards.  Wells Fargo and Sallie Mae tell me they do not place that restriction on borrowers.

Our office does not require a student be in SAP compliance to utilize a private education loan.

We’re considering relaxing our SAP requirements for private loans, we’re curious what everyone else does - does anyone use different SAP requirements for private loans than they do for federal aid?
