[Oasfaa] update on SB 529

Today, SB 529 was officially transmitted to the Governor's office for her consideration.  Following are a few more informational items related to the bill.

*       The text of the final version of the bill is now available at http://webserver1.lsb.state.ok.us/cf_pdf/2017-18%20ENR/SB/SB529%20ENR.PDF.

*       Sen. Jason Smalley, the Senate author of SB 529 issued a press release about the bill yesterday that is available at http://www.oksenate.gov/news/press_releases/press_releases_2017/pr20170509a.htm.

*       Chancellor Glen Johnson also issued a statement about the bill available at http://www.okhighered.org/news-center/Chancellor-statement-may2017.shtml.
