[Oasfaa] Question for state schools regarding Recertification

Hello All,

I am working on my certification and my case worker asked that I add a statement in Section K, question #69 stating where the school maintains the State Complaint process in accordance with C.F.R. 600.9(a), example handbook, website, school catalog etc.  Do any of you do this, if so do you have an example of where you point the students to?
