SWASFAA Friends,

Do short weeks seem busier or is it just me?  Yesterday flew by!  I hope
all of you had a wonderful weekend.  All the work I did in my yard this
summer - thinking maybe next summer it will come out……..HELLO!!! Wakey
wakey!!!   Oh my goodness!!  It decided to wake up, and I have been mowing
twice a week for the past month!  I enjoy it.  Something very therapeutic
about being outside - the sound of mower, me yelling/kicking at the mower
when it won’t start or runs out of fuel, and my neighbor watching from
across the way (I can hear him giggling!!!).  He asked me the other day,
“This is your first summer here, and your yard looks great – how did you do
it?”  I said, “Science!”  Hahahaha!  My undergrad is in Agronomy – Soil
Science.

The SWASFAA Conference, Boot Camp and Mid-Level Registration is open.  The
committees are working on finalizing agendas, and we will get those posted
as quickly as we can.  Information and registration are available:

We are having our membership webinar in the morning:

Weekly “Journey to Little Rock” – Little Rock Trivia
The brown and serve roll was invented in Little Rock in the 30s by Meyer’s
Bakery.

Journey to Little Rock – 964 miles, 406 miles to go.  I am sure I will have
to mow this evening!!  Ha!  Where are you on your journey?
