Are you new to the financial aid office or maybe you have a new duty in
your office and you're having difficulty finding time to go through those
training materials?  If so, SWASFAA’s got the deal for you.  Registration
is now open for 2018 Boot Camp in Little Rock, AR, November 5 – 7, 2018.

Experienced trainers will present ten basic financial aid topics in
concise, uninterrupted sessions.  For only $275 (if you're a SWASFAA member
and register by October 19), participants will receive 2 ½ days of in-depth
instruction including NASFAA-U materials and the opportunity to test for up
to five basic credentials at no additional cost.  We’ll be discussing best
customer service practices, electronic resources, team building exercises
and more.  Attendees will also have the chance to begin establishing
networking connections with their regional colleagues as we take the steps
to Financial Aid Fitness from Beginner to Buff.

Supervisors, please consider sending your staff members.  We’re also
including 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches to help offset travel costs.

arrangements.
