Are you or someone in your office new to financial aid? If so, SWASFAA's Boot Camp is for you. Beginning at 1pm on Monday, November 11, Boot Camp will feature an informative agenda including topics such as:

  *   Student Eligibility*
  *   Need Analysis*
  *   Verification*
  *   Cost of Attendance*
  *   Pell Grant and Iraq Afghanistan Service Grants*
  *   Campus Based Programs*
  *   Direct Loan Program*
  *   SAP*
  *   Professional Judgement*
  *   R2T4
  *   Customer Service

Each topic with a star will be taught by a NASFAA credential trainer, which entitles NASFAA member attendees to test for the credential for that topic at no additional cost. This is a fantastic savings and opportunity for staff to build up their financial aid knowledge!

Attendees will even have the opportunity to have lunch with the SWASFAA Board on Tuesday. Boot Camp is not only a good opportunity to learn, but also to network and see SWASFAA training at its best.

Cost for Boot Camp is $275 if you register before October 11. Boot Camp will take place before the annual conference in the always beautiful New Orleans, Louisiana. The nightly room rate is $179/night at the Omni Royal Orleans. Deadline to reserve a room at this rate is October 11.
