[Oasfaa] Book charges

Good Afternoon,
I'm looking for feedback on how you handle bookstore charges.  Currently we
have the student sign an authorization form and then give them available
credit on their student id card.  Our bookstore is looking at some upgraded
software and we're wondering if anyone has an *electronic authorization of
some sort* in place that you think fulfills the requirement
for non-institutional charges being taken from the students Fed aid.
