[Oasfaa] "Official" High School Transcripts

Dear all,

How does your school define "official" high school transcript and do they have the requirement that it has to be received directly from the high school (whether it be by email, fax or electronically)?  Does anyone allow a student to submit the "official" transcript themselves if it is not sealed? Does anyone accept an electronic picture of an "official" transcript?
