That was my understanding as well. On the NASFAA webinars I've been on, they reiterated that it's not Title IV funding so they do not have to be Title IV eligible.  I'll be interested to hear clarification.

I was kind of confused when I heard them say the students have to be Title IV eligible, I thought all this time they said they did not have to be.  Am I crazy?

I was able to get in and it was mainly regarding the institutional portion, very limited information.  However, they did say on the student portion the student must be Title IV eligible.  They said most of this would be in the FAQ on their COVID-19 website.  Anyone else get more than I did?
