[Oasfaa] CARES ACT/Process for Fund Release

Afternoon,

I'm just wondering if any universities have heard how they plan to release the emergency funds to students?  It was my understanding that schools had complete discretion on how to release the funds.  Has there been any other guidance from D.o.E on how to actually release these funds?
