FOR STATE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES ONLY.



Please find the attached memo and instructions including the URL link for submitting the current year's waivers for the National Guard and Concurrent Enrollment Waiver Programs.  The deadline for submission is April 30, 2020.  The data that is collected will be used as the basis for reimbursements in your FY21 allocations.  Please note that this year there is a new, separate portion of the form for reporting High School Juniors that are concurrently enrolled.  Please report only the spring semester for juniors, as we collected the fall 2019 semester in December of last year.

There have been some compatibility issues with the collection software and the web browser. You can avoid this issue by adding us to your compatibility view. This is accomplished by going to tools in IE and selecting "Compatibility View Settings". Enter osrhe.edu in the box and click add.
