[Oasfaa] Ok House passes "Oklahoma Student Borrower's Bill of Rights Act"

Today the Oklahoma House of Representatives passed HB 2922, the "Oklahoma Student Borrower's Bill of Rights Act" by a vote of 84-8 (the press release says 89-8).
