[Oasfaa] ED Announces Implementation Dates for Removal of Selective Service, Drug Conviction Eligibility Criteria

Does this also mean we will no longer be required to send the consumer
information, "Notice of Federal Student Financial Aid Penalties for Drug
Law Violations" that has to  be provided to each student in a
separate written notice.

This separate notice always concerned and confused students as to why they
were receiving it.
