[Oasfaa] Student Teachers

The funding for this is coming from Oklahoma's GEER fund, which is CARES money.  Direct CARES (and other HEERF) student grants we know don't count as EFA, but I have no idea how to treat this, since it's still CARES funds being given in the form of a student grant, but it's funneled through the state.  I would think to be safe, we count it as EFA, but I hate to do that if it's not required?

I would be interested in hearing your thought on how this should be handle.  Would only the first $1,625 be counted as aid in the students package?
