[Oasfaa] VA

Afternoon,

So I've seen it multiple ways.  While at Tulsa Community College it was
under FA and still is.  At Colorado State it was it's own entity but
reported to VP of Enrollment Management like FA.   At Cameron it's housed
under FA and here at Northeast Tech it's FA and VA together but Tech is
different. :-)
