The notice also underscores an important reminder for institutions that sent Pell Grant records to the COD System before May 1, 2022, since those records were evaluated by the system using the now out of date Jan. 31, 2022 Pell Grant schedules. Records finalized within that timeframe do not account for the increased allocation that was recently signed into law. FSA includes guidance as to how schools can go about resubmitting their records that will now need to be corrected.
