[Oasfaa] 1098-T Set Up

The Bursar's Office has always been responsible for the 1098T coding and generating out to the students. We've never been asked or expected to manage that function.

In your software, which department/area sets up the info on funds for 1098-T coding? Student Accounts has always done ours, but we are moving to a new system and being advised that Financial Aid should be, which seems weird to me.
