[Oasfaa] Finding the PPA, authorization letter, and ECAR on FSA Partners

Hello, fellow OASFAA folks:

As SNU gets down the week or two (hopefully) of our audit, my Auditor has
asked for the normal PPA, ECAR, and Authorization Letter.  On the former
PPA site, they were easy to get to, but I cannot find them on the new FSA
Partners website.  Could someone help me figure out where they are?
