[Oasfaa] [EXTERNAL] OASFAA Digest, Vol 254, Issue 10

I would certainly be able to do a session on how SAP works between the
Financial Aid and other departments, but I am not sure if I can even go to
the conference yet.  Since it is in OKC, I could come over and do the
presentation, whether I can attend or not if that is allowed.
