  *   Overview of Financial Aid Programs: A foundational walkthrough using tools like NASFAA slides to bring clarity to other departments.

  *   Creating a Default Prevention Plan with Measurable Outcomes: With loans entering repayment and CDRs around the corner, what are aid offices doing—and how can others join the effort?

  *   Net Price Calculators & Cost Transparency: Equipping students and families with a clearer understanding of what college really costs.
