We’re excited to share that the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education is hiring a Director of Scholarship & Grant Administration to oversee Oklahoma’s Promise and other state-funded financial aid programs.

Highlights:


  *
Leadership & Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and guide policy and process updates in response to legislative and program changes.


  *
Data & Technology: Oversee ISIR and student record management, collaborate with IT on systems, and drive data-informed decision-making.


  *
Outreach & Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison with GEAR UP, OCAP, counselors, and institutions. Coordinate promotional materials with Communications and represent our office at statewide and national events.

Qualifications:


  *
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree + 5 years in financial aid/scholarship/grant administration (state agency or higher ed); strong knowledge of Title IV and Oklahoma-specific programs.


  *
Preferred: Master’s degree, supervisory experience, and 10+ years in financial aid.

This position contributes to policy development and procedural updates as the programs evolve to meet new needs and challenges. Respond to increasing responsibilities as programs expand and require additional oversight.
