[Oasfaa] Upcoming OACROA Super Conference - Session Proposals for Financial Aid Still Needed

Dear Colleagues and OASFAA Members,
I hope you are doing well! As we prepare for the upcoming OACRAO Super Conference (oacrao.org<https://www.oacrao.org/>), there’s a great opportunity to highlight the vital work of Financial Aid—not just within our own offices, but across campus partnerships.
We’re looking for session proposals that can help others better understand, support, and collaborate with financial aid. If you’ve got insights or ideas to share, we’d love for you to submit a session proposal by this Friday, August 1.

Professional Judgment: Helping other college departments understand what is possible within the bounds of federal aid.

SAP Appeals: Balancing compliance with compassion to better serve students.

Overview of Financial Aid Programs: A foundational walkthrough using tools like NASFAA slides to bring clarity to other departments.

Creating a Default Prevention Plan with Measurable Outcomes: With loans entering repayment and CDRs around the corner, what are aid offices doing—and how can others join the effort?
  *
Net Price Calculators & Cost Transparency: Equipping students and families with a clearer understanding of what college really costs.

Let’s take this opportunity to share what we know, support one another, and help other offices see just how strategic and student-focused our work really is.
