[Oasfaa] Conference Dinner/Lunch Bike Ride

Fellow OASFAAns!
Would you like to ride a hidden gem of bike trail close by and wind up at a good Italian Restaurant for the Wednesday Night Dinner on your own? Alternatively, we could have an afternoon, post-conference safari for lunch. If you are interested, let me know. I would be up for either - or both.
The Conference is close to The Osage Prairie Bike Trail. It is less well known than the River Trails in Tulsa, but it is a real gem. If anyone is interested, we can bike from one of several entry points to a park in Skiatook which is very close to a pretty nice Italian place, Luigi's (http://luigisinskiatook.com/).
There are three entry points to the trail. They are twelve, eight, or five miles up the trail to the park and restaurant. It is a lovely, largely wooded, and rural trail. It is a rail trail and pretty flat. There is parking at all of those entry spots.
Getting directly to and from the hotel to the trail would be a bit harrowing - especially in the evening.
