As we prepare for the upcoming Elevate Leadership Roadshow events, our goal remains simple: to make high-quality professional development both accessible and impactful for financial aid professionals across our region. In today’s environment, that investment in people and leadership is more important than ever for the sustainability of our institutions and the students we serve.

With that in mind, we are pleased to share an important update.

The non-member registration rate for the Leadership Lane track has been reduced from $200 to $150.

This adjustment is intended to create a more accessible entry point for professionals who may not yet be connected to SWASFAA, but who would benefit from focused leadership development and engagement with our community.

Why This Matters

Leadership Lane is designed specifically for professionals who:

  *   are looking to strengthen management and decision-making skills
  *   wish to improve the financial aid office’s position as a strategic asset on campus
  *   may be stepping into leadership roles
  *   are currently leading from the middle
  *   are navigating the evolving challenges within financial aid offices

By lowering the barrier to entry, we hope to expand access to these conversations and bring more voices into the room.

We encourage you to share this opportunity with colleagues within your network who are not currently SWASFAA members.
