[Oasfaa] Voc Rehab Pilot

For those of you who may be interested, UCO has now been added to the list
of schools in the Pilot program where Voc Rehab checks will be sent
directly to the students.  Now I am interested in having some dialogue with
those schools who have been in this program for the past year.
