[Oasfaa] Fin. Aid Appeals

Thanks to everyone who responded!  I received a variety of responses and
was asked to post them so I'll just try to summarize:

I've had 14 responses so far.

11 schools have committees consisting of people from different areas on
campus(Admissions, Bus. Office, Faculty etc). About half of them have
financial aid staff members on the committee also.  The other half has a
representative present to clarify federal policy only, but this person
doesn't vote.

The other 3 responses I received said they (the director) either handles
the appeal or they have a committee consisting only of fin.aid staff.

Thank you to all who responded.  It looks like we handle ours the way
the majority of you do.  We were just wondering if we needed a change.
