[Oasfaa] FW: Phone Lines at NHELP Educational Services

I enjoyed an ancient Reader's Digest joke at my doctor's office the
other day that seems appropos:  
 
A road crew was outside the building digging a hole along the 
street to put up a new sign when the company experienced a phone outage.
The road crew disappeared. 
 
Phone repairmen arrived and the phones were back up in 2 or 3 hours, and 
the road crew finished their job & left.  The workers from inside the
building
finally got to see the completed sign as they left the building at 5
p.m......
"Caution, Buried Phone Cables Below".

The NHELP Educational Services Center is still experiencing phone problems.
We have learned that a nearby construction crew very neatly cut through our
phone lines!  SWB is telling us that it will not be until Wednesday that
they will have the problem fixed.

Southwestern Bell, however they are predicting that it will not be until 
Tuesday that the phone lines are repaired.
