[Oasfaa] 2002-2003 OTAG EFC Cutoffs

Good Afternoon,

For schools that are ready to begin packaging for 2002-2003, we want to
confirm for you that the EFC cutoff for RENEWAL applicants is 5100, and the
EFC cutoff for NON-RENEWAL applicants will remain 1500.   Payment schedules
reflecting the 2002-2003 EFC cutoffs as well as updated alternate EFI
schedules reflecting $5,100 as the per-family-member cost-of-living offset
will be forwarded to schools in a mailing scheduled for next week.

Also, please be aware that the mailing next week will include 2002-2003
Eligibility Status Report and Confirmation Report schedules which will need
to be completed and returned to the OTAG office in order to set your
reporting schedules for the new award year.

We look forward to working with you to deliver OTAG funds to your students
in the new year.  More information regarding the 2002-2003 program with be
