Central Methodist College is seeking a Director of Financial Assistance. The position reports to the Dean of Admissions and Financial Assistance and is responsible for providing leadership regarding the interpretation and implementation of federal, state, and institutional policies to ensure regulatory compliance, effective use of funds, and the positive integration of the aid process into the enrollment goals. The director supervises staff and coordinates financial aid programs on the main campus as well as extension sites and the graduate program. The director represents the college, and acts as a liaison, maintaining appropriate communications with all constituents (students, parents, faculty, college departments and programs, federal and state agencies).

Bachelors degree and progressively more responsible experience in student financial assistance including experience in a supervisory capacity required.
