             ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF STUDENT FINANCIAL
                            ASSISTANCE

Kansas State University is seeking applications and nominations for the position of Assistant Director of Student Financial Assistance.
Responsibilities include direct supervision of full time and part-time staff and some mix of the following: resolving complex regulatory or subjective problems that cannot be resolved by office counselors, successfully supervising and training full-time staff, providing positive leadership for timely review and implementation of policies and procedures, effective presentations to on and off campus audiences, and effective integration of enrollment management strategies into Student Financial Aid functions.

Qualifications include: bachelor's degree (master's preferred), one-two years work experience in Student Financial Aid and demonstrated knowledge of Student Financial Aid regulations (experience in Student Financial Assistance and Admissions would be beneficial), above average communication skills, and demonstrated proficiency in leadership and supervision.  Salary range:
