For those of you who still need it, the 2001 Tax Return/Simple Needs Test
Chart is now available on the Oklahoma Association (OASFAA) web site:

Please remember that the purpose of this chart is to help you determine the
correct answer to Question 38 or Question 72 on the 2002-2003 FAFSA "If you
have filed or will file a 1040, were you eligible to file a 1040A or
1040EZ?".  

The chart is NOT a determinant of who is eligible for the Simple Needs Test!
However,  it will assist you in determining which 1040 filers were eligible
to file a "short form" which is ONE of the eligibility criteria for the
Simple Needs Test.
